What separates a good renovation from a bad one is rarely a finish choice. Every item below is standard on every Elevate project, at every size.

  • A written scope before we start. Room by room, so you and every trade work from the same document.
  • One point of contact. The same person from consultation to walkthrough, not a new name each week.
  • Permits and inspections handled. We apply, we book, we meet the inspector. You do not chase the city.
  • Dust control and site protection. Sealed work areas, protected floors, and the site swept every day.
  • Licensed and insured trades. Electrical and plumbing by licensed contractors, certificates on file.
  • A deficiency walkthrough. We list what is not right together, and fix it before we call it done.
  • Warranty on our workmanship. Plus manufacturer warranties on everything we supply, in writing.

Yes. Every project starts with a free, no-pressure consultation to understand your space and goals. From there we shape a design and a plan.

Every home and scope is different, so we do not publish fixed prices. After the consultation and design stage we provide a clear, itemised plan so you know exactly what to expect.

Toronto and the surrounding area, including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, East York, York, Vaughan, Markham, and Richmond Hill.

Yes. As a design-build studio we handle the design, the planning, and the required permits, so the process stays coordinated under one team.

For a single room, almost always. We seal the work area, protect the route through the house, and keep the rest of your home usable. For a full gut with the services shut off, usually not. We tell you which one your project is before you commit, not after.

On older homes it sometimes does: knob-and-tube behind a wall, a rotted joist end, a drain that was never vented properly. We stop, show you what we found, and give you the options and what each one costs before any extra work goes ahead. Nothing gets added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.

The consultation can usually happen within a week or two. Design and selections then take a few weeks, and made-to-order items like cabinetry have their own lead times on top. If you have a date you are working towards, tell us at the consultation and we will work backwards from it.
